His experiences encompass nearly every facet of business and financial operations in a range of technology companies; most importantly centered around building teams, raising funds, revenue growth, business scaling, and creating value through strategic alliances.


Company exits include: Linkdex acquired by ScribbleLive, Dobleas/FreakOut - IPO: TYO-6094, CBS MarketWatch - IPO: NASDAQ- MKTW, Quote.com acquired by Lycos. Additionally, an acquisition of gamerDNA while at Crispy Gamer. Specific technology experiences include: Internet, Digital Media, Programmatic Advertising, Location-based Services, Search Engine Optimization & Marketing (SEO/SEM), FinTech, Real Estate/PropTech, Gaming, Mobile, Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine learning (ML), Internet of Things (IoT), SaaS, Software, PharmaTech and Telemedicine.

Dirk graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Connecticut, and a Master of Business Administration degree from The George Washington University School of Business.

He is based in New York City.
