Benjamin provides advisory services to corporates as well as financial services companies, for M&A, Fundraising, Debt Structuring, and Listing.

Benjamin has more than thirty-year experience in corporate and investment banking. He has been particularly active in equity capital markets, in acquisition finance, and in advisory and financing for turn around companies. He has, among other things, been advisor to the French State for the privatization of La Française des Jeux and for the recap of Air France – KLM. He has been advisor on several successful IPOs (Amundi, Aeroports de Paris, Snecma,…). Prior joining Menlo Business Partners, he was Managing Director in Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank.

Benjamin holds a MBA degree from ESCP Business School (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris).
